Add an option to block the use of spawn eggs inside dungeons

Players are able to use mob spawn eggs to summon mobs while in dungeons.

Every setting I could see being used to disable this has been set to false in the dungeon config.yml.

Rules: KeepInventory: true SpawnMobs: false SpawnAnimals: false SpawnMonsters: false AllowBreakBlocks: false AllowPlaceBlocks: false AllowEnderpearl: false AllowChorusFruit: false AllowBucket: false AllowPlaceEntities: false
