Shapeless Recipes don't work in latest version of MMOItems

Describe the bug Shapeless recipes don't appear to function in the latest version of MMOItems. If you try to create a Shapeless recipe it just won't work.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create a shapeless recipe either using the GUI or the config.
- Attempt to craft the item using the shapeless recipe you created.
- Be disappointed.
Expected behavior The shapeless recipe should work as intended, if you place all the required items in the crafting table it should give you the item you wish to create.
Server info:
- Server is running git-Spigot-9639cf7-8fb6585 (MC: 1.16.1) (Implementing API version 1.16.1-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)
- MMOItems-5.5.4 (BUILD 3371) and MMOLib-1.2.7 (BUILD 01/08/2020)
