Movement speed no longer working

Describe the bug After the spigotmc update, the movement speed doesn't seem to work anymore. Tested on localhost with this HUGE_MOTHRON_WINGS default armor provided by the plugin. Checking on /exploreattributes, and the movement speed doesn't seem to change at all

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. /mi armor HUGE_MOTHRON_WINGS
  2. equip
  3. run

Expected behavior Movement speed should be affected (slower in this case)

    Works fine in 1.16.1 Paper build 101. Seems to be a 1.15.2 issue

    For some reason the movement speed attribute simply does nothing in 1.15 or under. I'm trying to come up with a workaround using spigot walk speed but that would break compatibility with Essentials/CMI/... /walkspeed typed commands.
