Make headshot OPTIONAL for raytrace
Summary
The raytrace mechanic applies an unremovable damage multiplier on skills called from it. Add an option to make it optional, or a way to control the multiplier I am making melee weapons using raytrace so I can control their hit range, headshot makes this unusable.
Usage
Add either Headshot=True or HeadshotMultiplier=1.3

This random thing really shouldnt be mandatory

Very high Pretty sure its a 1-3 line fix to.
