[Suggestion] Add mob base damage set mechanic
Summary
Adding a mechanic that would let anyone change mob's base damage during a fight!
Usage
This is very useful in situations when you are using - basedamage{m=1} that scales of mob base damage, so you can have certain conditions if for example you have few adds alive, all the mob's abilities would deal extra damage.
Value
Increased the flexibility and adds multiple possibility for new type's of mobs/bosses that can be made!
