Summary

Parrots with tameable option set to false can still be tamed.

Steps to reproduce

Mob:
  Type: PARROT
  Options:
    Tameable: false

spawn this mob and try to tame it with seeds.

Current behavior

Parrot can still be tamed.

Intended correct behavior

Shouldn't be tameable if the option is set to false
