Scalable Damage Modifiers
Summary Allow for Damage Modifiers to be used with Conditions. I was specifically thinking this could be extremely useful with MMOCore, where you could reduce the amount of damage a Mob will take based on the attacker's MMOCore Level.
The current Damage Modifier system would likely make this complex. I was considering maybe making them into a Mechanic which could assign a Mob with Damage Modifiers, and then we could create skills with proper conditions, and assign a damage modifier each time a Mob takes damage.
I don't think the above method would be ideal, but only implementation idea I had
