RingAroundOrigin and ParticleRing does not have support for relative=true
In a recent update, the @Ring targeter received relative=true, however @RingAroundOrigin and the ParticleRing mechanic do not have this parameter.
Ideally relative=true for these two would orient the ring to face towards the inherited target from the origin. If a similar parameters can be made for targeter offsets such as relative x,y,z relativeoffset(rxo, ryo, rzo), it'd make creating effects and accurate targeters much easier.
