Closing due to suggestion use-case existing within the audience behavior already, such as:
- particles{p=flame;audience=@PIR{r=50};repeat=19;RepeatI=10}

It's possible there are use-cases similar to "memory" that this could have applications for, but a new feature request issue should be made outlining those with more clear value-add and implementation.
