Summary

With the abandonment of skillapi (only supports up to version 1.15), proskillapi is taken over by a new team. This project is the continuation of the skillapi to support 1.16+.

Usage

Describe how your suggestion would be used. Based on the support type of skillapi, implement support for proskillapi. For example, if SkillAPI support is enabled in config, utilize proskillapi instead if installed.
