citizens equipment
a few months ago, a little after 3.0.0 was released, I had reported in the old modelengine discord that the citizens equipment system had not been re-added in the new version of the plugin (item in the model's hand), so ticxo told me to create an issue here
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
