Currently, a player without a specific cosmetic permission can still view all the cosmetics in each category. When clicked on, it obviously says no permission, but this creates confusion for players and makes it difficult for them to see what they do and don't have.

I propose a section of the config to enable/disable previews that the players don't have permission for.

For example, if the player only has access to the fruit basket default backpack, it will ONLY show that backpack in the cosmetic section, not all the others that are on the server.
