%mcc_current_(cosmetictype)% will return the ID of the cosmetic you have equipped on that cosmetictype. %mcc_is_equipped_(cosmetictype)% will return true/false depending on if you have it equipped. Valid cosmetic types are HAT, OFFHAND, BACK, SPRAY, ACCESSORY, GESTURE for now... Will support all of them as they are added without the need for an update.

Added PlaceholderAPI compatibility. If placeholderAPI is detected you will now have access to a list of placeholders (suggestions welcome). Currently adding: %mcc_is_gesturing% -> true/false %mcc_active_gesture% -> none or active gesture name.
