Summary

Add mythicmobs.command.test.cast.[skillname] permission note.
Because if i give mythicmobs.command.test and mythicmobs.command.test.cast to players
They have the permission to cast ALL skills.

Usage

normal players can have permissionto cast specific skill.

Value

so that we can use mythicmobs to make menu(chat message) without other plugins.

Priority

normal.

Implementation

Just add a permission note.

Just a note: this would be insanely useful for 3rd party integration and skills that are for utility purposes

This is not the intended use of that command, player casting is handled by MythicRPG
