Steps to reproduce
Create a Zombie mob with the option set to false - and throw it in a spawner.
Current behavior
Spawns a chicken jockey, which bandits should NOT do.
Intended correct behavior
Zombies use their feet, not chickens.

I tested this and I was able to reproduce it, although extremely rarely. I made a spawner that spawned 10 zombie mobs with
PreventJockeyMounts: true
per second. After over 1000 total spawns, a total of 3 of the zombies spawned as a jockey on a chicken anyways. The video below is a 30 second clip of the spawner running and a jockey does not spawn during this time; however, one jockey did spawn a few seconds afterwards.MM: 4.11 9c138e99
