Unfortunately, this issue can't be fixed on MEG's side. The problem is that some server forks reset mob pitch every tick but only update it every 4 ticks or so, causing the mob to bob its head. So what you're seeing is the actual head rotation of the mob.

Soo there is not a way to fix this ?

As I've said, there is nothing MEG can do. Here's a video of me replicating the exact issue with Paper and no plugins. I recorded the whole process to prove that I was not faking it. Skip forward 1 minute to see the bobbing.
