TeleportTo RELATIVE mode not working

The mob does not teleport relative to its location, despite using mode=RELATIVE

- teleportto{l=0,10,0;mode=RELATIVE} @Self

The mob still teleports to the coordinates provided instead of using them relative to their own position

The mob should use the numbers provided to teleport to their relative location
