Mythic-Dist 5.2.0 includes org.jetbrains:annotations dependency
The current build of Mythic-Dist includes the org.jetbrains:annotations library but does not declare it in its pom file. This library is intended to have the provided scope as it has no effect on the output of the jar. Unfortunately, having this library in the compile scope (as it is currently) causes issues with other projects that want to use this library as well.
